There will be an increase in activity in the area on Sunday 11^th July when the Broughton Castle Sportive will be coming through the village.

The organisers of this cycle event are using Great Barrington Village Hall to provide a feed station for the cyclists throughout the day.

You may see ambulances in the vicinity, but these are (hopefully) patrolling as a safety precaution.

Obviously there will be more cyclists on the narrow roads leading into the village from Windrush and out of the village to Taynton, so be aware.
